Our mission is to empower and inspire children to reach their full potential as whole individuals by creating a healthy environment that fosters the joy of learning.
More than a childcare centre, Talents123 is a unique setting where our team members and parents form a warm, cohesive unit built on shared values, open communication and close, continuous partnership, ensuring a seamless, supportive approach to early childhood education and growth. To fulfill our mission, our expert childcare professionals tailor experiences to personal abilities and nurture each child fully to ensure they gain the skills and self-confidence they need to transition smoothly from the playground to the classroom and on into life.
Our Founders
Talents123 was founded by Rima Bahlawan and Rasha Moustapha; two proud mothers inspired by the same goals and vision.
In addition to their common vision and thirst for excellence, the founding owners bring extensive Business and practical Educational experience to this partnership.
Rima Bahlawan
Rima holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Concordia University and has over 15 years of experience in the field, holds three separate certifications in Montessori education as well as a diploma in daycare management. As a mother of two, children have become the centre of her life both professionally and personally. She has always been passionate about working with children and has built her career around providing the best education and learning environments possible.
Rasha Moustapha
Rasha is a Mechanical Engineer and a Project Management Professional with over 20 years of diversified work experience in departments such as Program Management, Procurement, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales and Service Center. A mother herself, she has always had a vision to open a one of a kind daycare center. Rasha’s strong corporate experience, passion and dedication to the care and well-being of children and their families, continues to contribute to ensure Talents123 always exceeds parents’ expectations.
Rima Bahlawan

Our team
At Talents123, our educational team functions like a family, with the shared goal of providing children and parents with the best experience possible.
Our fully bilingual programs, curriculum and activities are developed by a team of carefully selected, dedicated and seasoned educational experts. Our educators keep abreast of the latest methodologies and employ the best practices in early childhood education and behaviour, soft-skill social management and development. We provide educators with ongoing coaching and training, as well as yearly reviews to ensure their skills are growing in line with the needs of our children.
